As an EMTRoyale Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting exclusive and personalized travel experiences for high net worth individuals (HNIs). Your role will involve tailored travel planning, destination expertise, client relationship management, travel research and recommendations, responsive communication, problem solving and adaptability, sales and negotiation, marketing insight, feedback and improvement, and professional development. - Tailored Travel Planning: Create bespoke travel itineraries according to individual client preferences and luxury standards. - Destination Expertise: Stay updated on upscale travel destinations globally to provide expert recommendations. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth clients to ensure satisfaction. - Travel Research and Recommendations: Conduct thorough research on luxury travel trends and offerings to provide valuable insights. - Responsive Communication: Communicate promptly and in detail with clients, including regular calls to discuss travel plans. - Problem Solving and Adaptability: Address travel-related issues promptly to ensure a seamless client experience. - Sales and Negotiation: Use exceptional sales skills to promote high-end travel packages, secure bookings, and meet client expectations. - Marketing Insight: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop enticing promotional materials for luxury travel experiences. - Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback to continuously enhance and refine travel offerings and service delivery. - Professional Development: Stay updated on global luxury travel industry trends through ongoing education and professional growth. Preferred candidate profile: - Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years in client-facing roles within the luxury travel sector. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field. - Luxury Travel Knowledge: Extensive understanding of luxury travel markets and the specific needs of high net worth individuals. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with affluent clients and stakeholders. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. - Analytical Abilities: Proficient in assessing client needs, market trends, and crafting suitable travel solutions. - Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with CRM software. - Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals in the luxury travel market. - Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to understand and cater to the diverse cultural preferences of international high net worth travelers. - Personal Traits: Creative, curious, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.,
