Role Overview:

lead end-to-end Transitions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute

  end-to-end transitions

  across global locations
• Engage in

  RFP solutioning

  and design customized transition models
• Partner with clients on-site for

  process assessments, re-engineering, and feasibility analysis

• Ensure seamless implementation, stakeholder engagement, and

  project/program management

• Drive thought leadership and best practices in transitions
• Collaborate closely with

  clients, internal teams, and senior management

Domain Expertise Required:

• Finance & Accounting (F&A)
• Insurance
• Platform Migration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Deep BPO industry knowledge (functions, pricing, operations)
• Domain expertise in key verticals

Process Skills:

• Project/Program Management (PMP/PgMP preferred)
• Hands-on experience in

  process migrations

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Self-motivated with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset

Educational Background:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
• PMP / PgMP Certification preferred

Work Experience:

• Minimum

  10+ years

  in the BPO industry
• At least 5

  + years in Transitions

  with hands-on migration experience
• Experience in managing Transitions for F&A , Insurance(P&C and Life Annuity) and Platform Migration.
• Valid

  US/UK visa

  is a plus
