Job Description

Position: Senior Transition Manager
Location: HyderabadExperience: 10+ yearsContractProject roles and responsibilitiesProven experience in managing transition projects in a shared service center or similar environment
  • Maintaining a high sense of urgency and proactive attitude at work
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of Interpersonal/communication skills with an ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization
  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Need to look at requests / problems and recommend solutions to ensure transition is delivered on time
  • Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity
  • High capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplines
