🚨 Hiring Alert – Transition Leader – BPO Domain 🚨 We have an exciting opportunity with a leading BPO MNC , exclusively partnered with Peoplezone Consultants ! 📍 Locations: Pune | Bangalore | Noida | Gurugram 🕒 Shift: US Shifts 🏠 Work Mode: Hybrid 🔹 Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end Transitions across our client’s global footprint. This role involves strategic execution, solution design, and capability building within the transitions function. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end transitions across global locations Engage in RFP solutioning and design customized transition models Partner with clients on-site for process assessments, re-engineering, and feasibility analysis Ensure seamless implementation, stakeholder engagement, and project/program management Drive thought leadership and best practices in transitions Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and senior management 🔹 Domain Expertise Required: Finance & Accounting (F&A) Insurance Platform Migration 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical & Functional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Deep BPO industry knowledge (functions, pricing, operations) Domain expertise in key verticals Process Skills: Project/Program Management (PMP/PgMP preferred) Hands-on experience in process migrations Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management Self-motivated with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset 🔹 Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream PMP / PgMP Certification preferred 🔹 Work Experience: Minimum 10+ years in the BPO industry At least 5 + years in Transitions with hands-on migration experience Experience in managing Transitions for F&A , Insurance(P&C and Life Annuity) and Platform Migration.
