Job Description

A Tooling Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the tools and systems that support infrastructure services. They work closely with teams to identify tooling needs, ensuring that all tools enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure services. This role involves overseeing the implementation of automation solutions, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance. Tooling Engineers also stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously improve tooling processes. Strong technical skills in areas such as scripting, automation, and systems administration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, are essential for success in this role.

Lead the design and implementation of complex infrastructure tooling projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Optimize and enhance existing tooling solutions.
Advanced knowledge of scripting, automation, and monitoring tools.
