• Lead the end-to-end design

  and development of various production and development tools (

  blanking, piercing, bending, forming dies

  ) for our mechanical and hydraulic press operations.
• Create robust

  welding fixtures and jigs

  to guarantee the dimensional accuracy and repeatability of critical assemblies.
• Spearhead

  cost reduction

  initiatives by analyzing processes, proposing tooling modifications, and optimizing material utilization.
• Actively participate in

  Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

  reviews with the design team to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.

• Design and implement efficient assembly lines

  for various sheet metal products, focusing on optimized workflow and ergonomic principles.
• Apply expert knowledge of

  press machines (stamping), shearing, and CNC press brakes

  to select the precise machinery and tooling required for each job.
• Troubleshoot complex tooling issues to minimize equipment downtime and significantly

  improve Tool Life and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

  .
• Develop and enforce

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  for tool maintenance and proper usage.

• Serve as the technical expert for our advanced machinery, including

  Laser Cutting (Fiber/CO2)

  and various

  Welding Technologies (MIG, TIG, Spot)

  , ensuring tools and fixtures are perfectly compatible.
• Provide essential technical training and support to our shop-floor team on tooling setup, machine operation, and quality control.
