Job Description

Drive sales through existing dealer and distributor networks
Identify and appoint new channel partners in uncovered or potential areas
Achieve assigned sales, collection, and growth targets for the territory
Build strong and consistent engagement with retailers, influencers, architects and showroom staff
Conduct sales promotions, market visits, product trainings, and branding initiatives
Ensure timely order booking, dispatch follow-up, stock movement, and payment collection
Regular fieldwork to ensure proper product display, scheme communication, and market coverage
