Job Description

Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Engage potential customers with a polite, confident, and persuasive communication style. Explain services and offers clearly, ensuring customer queries are resolved effectively. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads provided and convert them into confirmed bookings/customers. Maintain high conversion rates by building rapport and trust with prospects. Identify customer needs and match them with suitable services/packages. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain customer details, call logs, and lead status in CRM/Excel. Track follow-ups, payments, and booking confirmations systematically. Generate and share daily/weekly reports with the management. Sales & Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Upsell or cross-sell additional services where appropriate. Proactively suggest strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. Team Coordination & Training: Assist junior telecallers with guidance, mentoring, and support. Share feedback and best practices with the team to improve call quality. Coordinate with operations/marketing teams to streamline customer service. Professional Conduct: Maintain a positive attitude and professional tone in all customer interactions. Handle difficult or irate customers with patience and problem-solving skills. Ensure compliance with company policies, data confidentiality, and quality standards.
