Unlike general sales, this role involves financial awareness, community engagement, and relationship management since chit funds rely on trust and consistent participation.
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's financial products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, insurance) to potential and existing customers over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong commitment to meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales: Contact potential and existing customers via outbound and inbound calls to explain financial products and services. Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements, answer questions about products/services, and recommend suitable loan options or other financial solutions. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and loan applications in the CRM system, ensuring adherence to company policies and banking regulations. Problem Resolution: Handle customer grievances and objections professionally, liaising with relevant departments to resolve complex issues promptly. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, market conditions, and the company's product knowledge to effectively address client needs. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, or financial services is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered. Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and a regional language (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil) as required by the customer base. Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
