Job Description

Manage the team effectively and ensure smooth daily operations without disturbing higher management. Handle billing with 100% accuracy, ensuring no mistakes. Sit at reception as the first point of contact, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Proactively suggest and convince guests for add-on services to enhance business revenue. Maintain honesty, integrity, and confidentiality at all times. Communicate fluently in Hindi (mandatory) and English (preferred), with excellent interpersonal skills. Maintain an attractive, well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and effectively. Ensure reception and waiting area are always clean, presentable, and guest-friendly. Maintain records, bookings, and reports accurately. Support management in administrative tasks when required. Key Requirements: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Good personality with professional appearance. Honest, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Prior experience in reception/management role preferred.
