Client Welcome & Onboarding Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant and professional first impression. Upselling & Service Promotion Proactively engage with clients to suggest and convince them of additional services such as fog effects, photography, and special décor, enhancing their experience. Room Preparation Ensure event rooms are set up as per booking details, including decoration, seating, lighting, and ambiance setup. Special Arrangements Coordinate and arrange cakes, fog machines, and other custom elements as per client requests. Photography Coordination Assist or coordinate with the in-house photographer to capture key moments during the event. Billing & Payments Handle billing processes accurately, maintaining transparency and customer satisfaction. Food Service Management Take food orders, ensure timely preparation, serving, and assist with cleaning if needed to maintain hygiene and service standards.
