Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. ● Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. ● Maintain customer data accurately in the system. ● Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or service closures. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. ● Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity and outcomes. Key Requirements: ● Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (both spoken and written). ● Excellent system knowledge with the ability to navigate and manage software efficiently. ● Good to have: CRM software knowledge and experience. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ● Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is an advantage.
