We are looking for a skilled Senior Telecaller with experience in the loans/finance sector. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting in the documentation process. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:Call potential and existing clients to promote loan products (personal, business, etc.)Understand customer needs and explain suitable loan optionsAssist with documentation and coordinate with backend/field teams
Maintain accurate call records and follow-upsSupport junior telecallers and share best practices
Requirements:Proven experience in loan telecalling or financial services
Excellent communication and convincing skillsKnowledge of loan products and eligibility criteriaBasic computer and CRM knowledge
