The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling our products to customers, providing technical support, and developing sales strategies. Job Summary: The Technical Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert for our products, providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 2. Conduct technical sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to customers. 3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Product Knowledge 1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications. 2. Stay up-to-date with new product developments, industry trends, and competitor activity. Technical Support 1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, including answering technical questions, resolving issues, and providing product training. 2. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Sales Strategy and Planning 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and revenue growth. 2. Create and maintain sales plans, forecasts, and reports. Customer Relationships 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including engineers, purchasing managers, and other stakeholders. 2. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in B.tech electronics and communication engineering 2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the EV industry. 3. Excellent technical knowledge 4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
