Key Requirements: • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a local recruitment agency or manufacturing industry background. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. • Hands-on experience in hiring for multiple roles within manufacturing setups (e.g., Sales, Production, Design, Quality, Maintenance, Operations, etc.). • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS/ATS tools (added advantage).
Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership Lead design programs and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Oversee progress reporting, risk assessment, and design review presentations for management and customers. Support R&D and innovation initiatives aligned with business goals. 2. Design and Development Perform and review detailed electromechanical CAD designs, assemblies, and drawings using SOLIDWORKS. Develop conceptual designs for mechanical systems, sub-assemblies, and equipment layouts. Conduct design validation and performance evaluation against customer requirements. Lead internal and external design reviews during various project stages. Participate in new product design reviews and develop part specifications. Prepare CAD models, GA layouts, and detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Maintain design documentation including drawings, BOMs, and reports. Coordinate with the production team during assembly and project execution. 3. Team & Project Coordination Work collaboratively with design, production, and manufacturing teams to transition concepts to production. Mentor and train junior engineers, provide task guidance, and monitor work quality and timelines. Ensure documentation accuracy and version control for all design files and related reports. 4. Technical & Process Expertise Apply advanced knowledge of machine mechanisms, components, materials, and automation systems. Optimize mechanical designs for manufacturability, durability, and cost efficiency. Manage vendor coordination for bought-out parts and ensure quality as per design standards. 5. Stakeholder & Supplier Interaction Liaise with customers for requirement clarification, design approval, and progress discussions. Coordinate with external suppliers for fabrication, machining, and assembly of parts as per design specifications. Ensure supplier quality and adherence to design and process parameters. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed design records, project documentation, and reports. Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and the board of directors. Support project estimation, proposal drafting, and technical clarifications when required. Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic components such as gearmotors, sensors, switches, VFDs, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Excellent understanding of basic engineering calculations and principles. Ability to select appropriate bought-out parts based on design and application requirements. Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD (mandatory). Strong command over GD&T; able to create and review drawings following ISO / ASME / IS standards. Hands-on experience in: Prototype design and R&D work Reverse engineering and design improvement Documentation management and customer coordination Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, production, purchase, quality, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP/SAP systems. Strong skills in team handling, project management, and multi-project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Generate leads, fix appointments, and conduct client meetings to introduce Conveline and its range of products. Generate enquiries and collect requirement specifications from customers. Study and analyze customer requirements to propose the most suitable Conveline products and solutions. Prepare clear and effective project proposals, cost breakups, and quotations in coordination with the Design Team and Sales Head. Follow up with clients for negotiations, order closures, and payment collection. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. Strategic Market Expansion & Competitor Insights: Drive market penetration by identifying untapped segments and conducting competitor analysis to position Conveline solutions with strong value differentiation. Solution-Based Consultative Selling: Act as a technical consultant by understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored automation, conveyor, and material handling solutions instead of just product selling. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with the Service Team for timely and effective after-sales support. Share timely product updates and technical information with prospects via email, call, or SMS. Develop and maintain cordial relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, and Purchase/Procurement Heads. Collect and share regular feedback from customers with management for continuous improvement. Customer Retention & Key Account Development: Develop key accounts into long-term partnerships through continuous engagement, performance evaluation of installed systems, and proactive upsell/cross-sell of new solutions. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for all field activities and customer interactions. Submit periodic reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews. Plan and document monthly tour schedules, visit reports, and client interaction summaries. Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Ownership: Maintain accurate forecasting, sales funnel management, and contribute to strategic planning by providing insights on revenue trends, customer demands, and future opportunities. Marketing & Events: Participate in Company exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events. Maintain visitor data from exhibitions and ensure timely follow-ups on potential leads. Contribute marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the company's product range. Technical Knowledge & Cross-Functional Collaboration Maintain sound product knowledge of factory machinery, conveyors, and automation systems. Understand the manufacturing processes of consumer products to better align sales strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Design, Production, and Service Teams to ensure seamless delivery, customization feasibility, and customer satisfaction for complex project requirements. Negotiation & Closing Lead the negotiation and closure of sales by finalizing terms and conditions with clients. Drive strategic profitability initiatives, ensuring alignment with business planning and financial goals. Key Requirements: Relevant experience in Packaging Machinery, Pharma Machinery, Industrial Product Sales, Application-based Product Sales, Project Sales, or Machinery Sales. Confident, positive, and self-driven personality with a result-oriented approach. Excellent client interfacing , communication , and presentation skills . Strong listening ability and professional self-grooming. Demonstrated skills in conducting product presentations, seminars, and client training sessions. Good understanding of industrial business operations and project sales processes. Proficiency in CRM, ERP & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
