Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for different functions within the manufacturing unit. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create effective hiring strategies. • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and local recruitment channels. • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards regularly. • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate with department heads for further selection rounds. • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards. • Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future manpower needs. • Handle joining formalities, offer rollouts, and documentation as required. • Keep track of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. • Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ hiring practices to attract the best talent. Key Requirements: • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a local recruitment agency or manufacturing industry background. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. • Hands-on experience in hiring for multiple roles within manufacturing setups (e.g., Sales, Production, Design, Quality, Maintenance, Operations, etc.). • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS/ATS tools (added advantage).
