Senior Technical Sales Engineer

You will be working as a Sr. Sales Engineer/Sales Engineer at ZChem Specialties, an established NDT company in the areas of Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI). Your role involves achieving sales & collection targets in your assigned territory, providing technical solutions for NDT products, conducting product demonstrations, managing a team of Dealer/Distributor Sales Representatives, and strategizing for sales growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales & collection targets in the assigned territory. - Understand customers" technical requirements and provide solutions for NDT products. - Conduct product demonstrations for customers in various industry verticals. - Manage a team of Dealer/Distributor Sales Representatives to ensure optimal product performance. - Strategize for sales, forecasting, pricing, distribution, and Key Account Management. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to increase sales. - Prepare RFQs and sales proposals. - Interact with customers, principals, and dealers for pre- and post-project activities. - Provide technical support and develop proof of performance, case studies, and trial reports. - Maintain excellent customer relationships and explore new areas of value addition through Application Engineering.
