As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for executing proactive staffing strategies to attract best-in-class talent to support us as we continue to scale.
You will work closely with recruitment leads to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a better understanding of the technologies and the recruitment market and be an expert in Headhunting. Candidates should also be knowledgeable in candidate evaluation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing an effective sourcing, assessment, and selection strategy to hire for our corporate functions
- Devising new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and selection processes of top-tiered talent for all open positions
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on driving efficiencies and improvements, utilizing technology, tools, and data
- Provide regular reports and insights to the supervisor, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers across our enterprise, including Executive leadership
- Maintaining and supporting evaluation metrics to measure our recruitment achievements and to help us refine our recruitment processes
- Partnering with Leaders and HRBPs to determine and properly scope our hiring needs;
- Communicating our network culture and design in a compelling way
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required (preferred in Engineering) with over 5 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Should be experienced in job boards like Naukri, Foundit, Instahyre, etc.,
- You should have experience in passive sourcing and be an expert in headhunting.
- Experience working for a product based company is a must.
- End-to-end full recruitment cycle experience, including identifying trends in current recruiting processes and outcomes to determine opportunities to re-imagine, change and enhance recruiting and sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment
- Demonstrated passion for the mission, vision, and core values of the organisation
- Experience in identifying trends, leveraging knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized sourcing strategies
- Experience in proactively working with stakeholders on workforce planning to build effective candidate pipelines
