Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for

  contractual positions

  across various industries/domains.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers, follow up with candidates till onboarding, and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process aligned with client requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep track of hiring metrics and provide regular reports and insights.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in

  domestic contractual staffing

  .
• Strong understanding of contract-based hiring lifecycle and compliance.
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Proficient with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
