Handle end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, etc.)
Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, and internal databases
Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, culture fit, and career aspirations
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closures
Graduate / Post Graduate in Technology or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of tech stacks and engineering roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
