Senior Technical Recruiter

Sarvaha Systems is looking for a deadline-driven Technical Recruiter who can own the full hiring lifecycle and manage key HR functions.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and expectations
• Source, screen, and shortlist top technical talent
• Build a strong candidate pipeline via LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort etc.
• Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
• Engage with agencies and tech communities to build the trust in talent network

What You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in human resources field required.
• 4+ years in technical recruitment (IT/software roles)
• Understanding of software development roles & skills
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
• Proficiency in modern hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
