Your role will involve sourcing and evaluating candidates for specialized domains such as Computer Vision, Firmware, Embedded Systems, SoC, CPU/GPU, ASIC, FPGA, RTL Design, AR/VR, AI/ML, and Deep Learning within the semiconductor industry. Utilizing diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and niche tech communities, you will connect with top-tier talent in deep tech domains. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical screenings, coordinating interview processes with hiring managers, and building high-quality pipelines to ensure timely and successful closures. You will thrive in high-growth environments and demonstrate a strong grasp of emerging technologies and deep tech hiring practices. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT and semiconductor verticals.
