About the Role

Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Manage full-cycle hiring for

  software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and IT roles

  (primarily UK/US clients).

• Advanced Sourcing:

  Master

  Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools

  , and niche platforms to identify passive candidates.

• Technical Screening:

  Assess candidates against client requirements (programming languages, tools, certifications) to ensure role fit.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Partner with hiring managers to refine job specs, share market insights, and meet SLAs.

• Pipeline Development:

  Build and maintain a strong talent pool for high-demand technical roles.

• Process Optimization:

  Improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of

  agency/high-volume IT recruitment experience

  (UK/US markets).
• Expertise in sourcing for

  software development, DevOps, or cybersecurity roles

  .
• Strong command of

  LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems

  , and Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
• Proactive communication skills (verbal/written English) for client/candidate interactions.
• Flexibility to work

  UK shifts

  (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruitment certifications (e.g., CEIP, AIRS, CIR).
• Technical background or understanding of IT architectures/trends.
• Experience managing compliance for UK/US hiring (visas, right-to-work checks).
