We are currently looking for ambitious individuals to take on the roles of Senior Recruiters, Business Development Managers (BDM), and US IT Recruiters. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are eager to begin their careers in the recruitment industry and thrive in a dynamic work environment. As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. In the role of Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be tasked with identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts, devise strategies to expand the client base and revenue of the company. For the position of US IT Recruiter, freshers are welcome to apply. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients, utilizing various channels to attract candidates, and screening and interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical skills and qualifications. Effective coordination with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process is crucial. To qualify for these roles, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. An eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry is highly valued. Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends is a plus for the US IT Recruiter role.
