About The Role As a seasoned Technical Recruiter at Rippling, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced recruiting team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our engineering teams, playing a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. What You Will Do You will be responsible for: - Managing full-cycle recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates at every stage. - Building candidate pipeline: Proactively source and cultivate a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for Staff+ roles using various channels and networking efforts. - Interviewing and negotiating: Conduct comprehensive interviews, provide timely updates to candidates, and negotiate competitive compensation packages for top engineering talents. - Collaborating with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements, establish expectations, and develop effective interview processes. - Developing sourcing strategies: Create sourcing strategies utilizing innovative methods to attract top-tier talent. - Employment branding: Lead recruitment advertising and employment branding initiatives to boost our company's visibility and appeal to high-caliber candidates. What You Will Need To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of SWE hiring experience: Demonstrated proficiency in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring software engineering professionals. - 2+ years of experience in hiring Senior Engineers & leaders: A solid background in recruiting for senior-level engineering roles, particularly focusing on Staff levels and above. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with shifting priorities and evolving challenges. - Experience in hyper-growth: Previous exposure to a high-growth environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business demands. - Strong attention to detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes throughout the recruitment process. - Experience with ATS systems: Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the recruiting process.,
