Senior Technical Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for an Information Technology Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT and technical roles. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will also focus on fostering a positive candidate experience and ensuring alignment with InfoBay.AI’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for diverse technical roles
• Strong skills in Recruitment and Hiring processes
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and hiring managers
• Prior experience in technical hiring or a technology-driven environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
