About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter with 25 years of hands-on recruitment experience to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics using ATS
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a good fit
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding

Required Skills & Experience

• 12 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or corporate)
• Hands-on experience with

  ATS

  and job portals like

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Immediate joining is preferred
