Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Senior Technical Recruiter located in Noida, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Technical Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top technical talent. This role involves strategizing and implementing hiring processes, collaborating with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs, and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. The recruiter will also handle communication throughout the hiring process to create an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes with 4-6 years of experience.
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and teams
• Proven expertise in recruiting within technology-focused industries
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in technology.
