Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-11 years of experience in technical recruitment or permanent staffing.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
