Senior Technical Recruiter

Role Overview: As a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Art Technology and Software, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and maintaining communication on job offers and interviews. Your role will involve liaising with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the recruitment process. This is a full-time on-site position located in Ernakulam. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting full-life cycle recruiting and hiring activities - Managing end-to-end technical recruiting processes for a minimum of 4 years - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies - Maintaining communication on job offers and interview schedules - Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies - Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills - Utilizing excellent organization and time management abilities - Working independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Prior experience in the IT industry would be advantageous Qualifications Required: - Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and hiring - End to End technical recruiting experience for at least 4 years - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create and implement recruitment strategies - Excellent organization and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems - Experience in the IT industry is a plus - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field Please note that this is a full-time on-site role, and if you are interested, kindly send your updated resume to tresa.ann@arttechgroup.com.
