Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple technology projects within scope, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing mobile and web application development projects and good exposure to emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and cloud.

Key Responsibilities:-

Project Planning & Execution

·        Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.

·        Create and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and status reports.

·        Drive agile and hybrid project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall).

·        Manage end-to-end development cycles for mobile apps (Android/iOS), web platforms, and AI/ML/blockchain solutions.

Team & Stakeholder Management

·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams—developers, designers, QA, DevOps, data scientists, and solution architects.

·        Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·        Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

·        Conduct regular meetings to report progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Quality & Risk Management

·        Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

·        Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding best practices, and delivery processes.

·        Oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT) and ensure successful releases.

Client Communication & Delivery

·        Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels.

·        Handle requirement gathering, change requests, and project documentation.

·        Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Process Improvement

·        Suggest improvements in processes, workflows, and project management tools.

·        Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Confluence

·        Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·        Technical background (B.Tech/MCA/IT or related field) preferred.

·        PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM certification is a plus.
