Experience:

Java-based microservices applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years

  of IT experience, with at least

  3+ years in Project Management

• Strong understanding of

  Java

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and

  Microservices architecture

  .
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of

  eCommerce platforms

  (e.g., SAP Commerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/Azure/GCP) and

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Excellent knowledge of

  Agile methodologies

  and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and

  excellent communication skills

  .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for

  Java-based microservices applications

  in an

  eCommerce domain

  .
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and best practices.
• Coordinate with development teams for design, development, and deployment activities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Maintain clear communication between offshore and onshore teams.
• Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Computer Science

  ,

  Engineering

  , or related field.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
