Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant:

• You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training)
• Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects)
• Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects)
• Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design the integrations for these AI agents
• Prepare Solution Design document for the AI agents and their supporting integrations
• Lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders (application admins and architects)
• Utilize your software development skills to enhance 89 Solutions product portfolio
• Work closely with international colleagues and customers (largely U.S.-based)
• Have fun along the way!

Qualifications

• Required Experience – 3+ years of back-end software development experience in Python
• Experience with solution design, preferably for integrations. Experience with creating solution design diagrams to effectively convey your designs (e.g. data model diagrams, data flow diagrams, component diagrams, C4 diagrams, sequence diagrams).
• Experience working closely with software/enterprise architects
• Highly proficient with APIs and integrations -
• Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT)
• Understanding of JSON & XML
• Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia
• Experience with middleware/iPaaS tools is preferable
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills
• General understanding of AI technologies and terminologies
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or similar areas

Bonus Points

• Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company
• Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)
• Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.
• Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
