The Role

We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead our engineering team in building world-class enterprise solutions. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring our platform scales efficiently while maintaining code quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems across our technology stack
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Make critical architectural decisions for our multi-tenant SaaS platform, considering performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that enhance our platform capabilities
• Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on critical production incidents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and within scope

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in our core tech stack: React, Node.js, Python, and Spring Boot
• Proven experience building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for enterprise software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML integration in production systems
• Knowledge of real-time data processing frameworks
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience in the enterprise SaaS domain
• Familiarity with performance optimization and monitoring tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
