Key Responsibilities

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work with

  product engineering

  to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Coordinate with

  tech ops/support

  for customer issue debugging and triaging.
• Partner with

  DevOps

  on product issues that require application fixes and deployments.

Mentorship & Best Practices

• Guide junior developers on

  MERN stack

  development standards, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
• Promote code quality, reusability, and maintainability across the codebase.

Production Stability

• Troubleshoot and resolve

  production issues

• Contribute to on-call rotations, incident reviews, and post-mortems.

Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with

  to ensure comprehensive test coverage, reliability, and release readiness.
• Participate in and lead

Mandatory Skills

JavaScript / MERN Stack

• Proven experience building web applications using
