Senior Tech Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing next-generation Applications to support billions of transactions and data. Your focus will be on designing and developing cloud-based solutions, microservices, and cloud-native applications utilizing various technologies. You will work closely with product managers/owners and internal/external customers following Agile methodology to drive successful product development. Additionally, you will be expected to use GenAI for faster development. Key Responsibilities: - Research, design, and develop next-generation Applications supporting billions of transactions and data - Design and develop cloud-based solutions with hands-on experience in Big Data, distributed programming, ETL workflows, and orchestration tools - Design and develop microservices in Java / J2EE, Node JS, with experience in containerization using Docker, Kubernetes - Focus on developing cloud-native applications utilizing cloud services - Work with product managers/owners & internal as well as external customers following Agile methodology - Practice rapid iterative product development to mature promising concepts into successful products - Execute with a sense of urgency to drive ideas into products through the innovation life-cycle, demo/evangelize - Experience in using GenAI for faster development Qualification Required: - Proven experience in developing high-performing, scalable cloud applications using various cloud development stacks & services - Proficiency in Containers, GCP, AWS Cloud platforms - Strong skills in Java / Python / Node JS / SQL / PLSQL - Working experience with Spring boot, ORM, JPA, Transaction Management, Concurrency, Design Patterns - Good Understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and experience with workflow and orchestration tools like NiFi, Airflow - Deep understanding of best design and software engineering practices, design principles and patterns, unit testing, performance engineering - Good understanding of Distributed Architecture, plug-in, and APIs - Prior Experience with Security, Cloud, and Container Security is advantageous - Hands-on experience in building applications on various platforms, focusing on usability, performance, and integration with downstream REST Web services - Exposure to Generative AI models, prompt engineering, or integration with APIs like OpenAI, Cohere, or Google Gemini - B.
