Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable applications. This role involves hands-on coding, architectural design, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Mentor and guide the development team, promoting best engineering practices.
Lead design and development initiatives, delivering clean, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for complex modules.
Conduct code reviews, validate test cases, and ensure technical quality across deliverables.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with accurate effort estimation.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
Manage customer queries, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and support live production systems.
Actively participate in sprint planning, stakeholder discussions, and contribute to product and technical roadmaps.
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of modules/projects, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.

Required Skills

Backend Development: Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OOPs, Design Patterns, React.
Database Web: MySQL, basic Oracle (preferred), Apache/Tomcat, HTTP, XML/JSON, TCP/UDP.
Tools Environment: Git, Eclipse IDE, Sonar, JaCoCo, JUnit, JMeter, Linux, Wireshark, JFrog, Fortify, Acunetix.
Process Delivery: RCA writing, Agile methodology, CI/CD (Maven, Jenkins, Ansible preferred), code reviews, static analysis.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, effective communication, customer handling, and cross-team collaboration.
Additional Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, automation frameworks (Selenium/ROBOT), Docker Kubernetes, shell scripting

Nice to Have

Experience with React.
Exposure to search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch) and UI/UX concepts.
Telecom domain knowledge/experience.
