Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for drafting commercial agreements for various business entities such as NDAs, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Endorsement Agreement, Product Purchase Agreements, Marketing Agreement, SaaS Agreements, Sourcing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Contribution Agreement, etc. You will also review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts, prepare summaries of critical clauses, provide advisory to the business, finance, and operations teams, execute documentation for renewal, variation, and closure of existing business relationships, undertake research on legal points, and maintain MIS and contract records. Key Responsibilities: - Draft commercial agreements for different business entities - Review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts - Prepare summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts - Provide advisory to business, finance, and operations teams on agreements - Execute documentation for renewal, variation, and closure of business relationships - Undertake research and prepare notes on legal points related to business transactions - Maintain MIS and records of contracts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Law or related field - Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements - Strong understanding of legal principles and commercial contract law - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
