Join a fast-growing health tech company as our Senior Talent Partner in India. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead strategic talent initiatives, drive recruitment for key roles, and partner with global stakeholders to shape a scalable, high-performance workforce. You’ll be instrumental in building our India presence and culture, with opportunities to expand your influence as the business grows. This position is onsite.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to align talent strategy with growth goals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across tech, product, and business functions.
- Develop scalable hiring processes and talent pipelines for India.
- Collaborate on employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Support onboarding, learning, and development programs tailored to local needs.
- Use data and insights to guide talent decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Contribute to culture-building, engagement, and recognition efforts.
- Ability to navigate a matrix designed organization.
- Work closely with Leaders in India and US
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in HR, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR business partnering, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven success in scaling hiring strategies and supporting distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.
- Experience with HR tech platforms (e.g., Workday) and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset and passion for building great teams.
