You Are Great At

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles from sourcing to offer rollout
  • Woring closely with hiring managers and understand role expectations.
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, social channels, referrals, talent mapping, etc.
  • Evaluating candidates on technical fit, communication skills, culture fit, and employment stability.
  • Managing interview coordination, candidate communication, and provide timely feedback.
  • Driving offer negotiation, salary discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintaining a solid candidate pipeline for niche and high-demand roles.
  • Working on bulk hiring, niche hiring, campus hiring, depending on business needs.
  • Building a strong employer brand through proactive candidate engagement.

What It Takes

  • 3–5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies: .NET, React, DevOps, Data Engineering, Visualization, QA, ERP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.
  • Excellent screening and technical understanding to evaluate candidate profiles.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job portals, and advanced LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
