Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets across the organization
  • Process applications and carry out interviews for talent both for external and IH openings
  • Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results
  • Deliver against set recruitment KPIs
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in EN
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • At least 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders
  • Able to execute in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines
  • Proactive and flexible approach, reliable and systematic
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with data, analyse it and draw relevant conclusions / provide recommendations and reports.
