This role focuses primarily on supporting high-volume candidate engagement through our ticketing system (Zendesk). The main objective is to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience by responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, and helping candidates progress through the recruitment process.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets across the organization
- Process applications and carry out interviews for talent both for external and IH openings
- Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results
- Deliver against set recruitment KPIs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs.
- Manage and respond to candidate queries via Zendesk in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear guidance and assistance to candidates to help them advance through recruitment steps.
- Resolve issues, unblock delays, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication and follow-through on all assigned tickets.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, maintaining accuracy and speed. Track and report trends in candidate queries and escalate issues where necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment coordination/support, service desk, or candidate experience teams is preferred
- Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven tasks in a structured workflow environment
- Ability to work efficiently with large candidate volumes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of working with data for reporting and tracking
- Reliable, systematic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
