Your key responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, managing recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, utilizing various sourcing techniques, conducting screenings and interviews, building relationships with candidates and industry professionals, ensuring a positive candidate experience, tracking recruitment metrics, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition. You should possess strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
