Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, with a strong focus on Domestic (In-house hiring). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, exceptional sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in EdTech or Software-based companies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across various departments.
• Source candidates using advanced Boolean search strings, job boards, and LinkedIn tools.
• Review and analyze resumes to shortlist relevant candidates based on the job description and role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ communication, technical proficiency, and job fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Ceipal ATS effectively to manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and internal communications.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Present weekly hiring reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters if needed.
• Demonstrate roles to candidates when required and communicate job specifications clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of total experience in recruitment, with at least 6 years in Domestic hiring.
• Prior experience in Edutech or IT sectors is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques and modern sourcing methods.
• Well-versed with leading job boards (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong profile analysis and evaluation skills.
• Experience in working with Ceipal ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
