Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at EverExpanse Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically focusing on IT and technical roles. With a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment, you will leverage your strong communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and deliver effective recruitment solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various methods, evaluating applications and resumes, conducting interviews, managing job postings and employer branding, building candidate networks, staying updated with industry trends, and handling RPO projects as needed. Additionally, you will prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment, have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes, and preferably have experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, professionalism, and a positive attitude are key attributes for success in this role. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing is also required.
