About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operation Engineer.
In this role, you will:-
Develop and maintain tools and Processes for Automating infrastructure deployment and management

Design Implement and Improve Monitoring and alerting systems to Proactively identify and resolve potential issues
-
Collaborate with Development teams to Ensure new services and features are Launched with operational Excellence
-
Participate in On call Rotations to respond to incidents and ensure service availability 24/7
-
Conduct post Incident reviews and Implement measures to prevent recurring issues
-
Perform Capacity Planning to ensure system can handle projected growth with traffic spikes
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system performance , reliability, and security
-
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve existing system and processes
Required Qualifications:-
4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Solid undersetting or Linux/Unix systems and networking

Proficient in one or more programming languages (E.g. Python, Java, .Net)

Experience with Cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platform (E.g. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes)
-
Familiarity with Configuration management and infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Terraform
-
Hands on experience with monitoring and logging tools (E.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
-
Ability to Collaborate Effectively with cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
-
Experience with Continuous integration and deployment pipeline
-
Knowledge of DevOps Principles and practices
-
Familiarity with security best practices protocols
-
Prior experience in an SRE role or similar capacity
