Senior Systems Analyst-Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute content updates on Bloomreach CMS with precision and adherence to brand, compliance, and SEO guidelines.

• Work closely with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements for content changes and enhancements.

• Maintain diligent documentation and updates in JIRA/Confluence to ensure transparency and traceability of content tasks.

• Conduct regular audits of site content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing objectives.

• Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of content updates.

• Handle ad-hoc content requests alongside planned sprint work, ensuring proper prioritization and timely resolution.

• Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and assist in managing the content backlog.

• Monitor site performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for content improvement.

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical groups to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of overall industry experience with 2-4 years of experience in web content management or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach CMS (or similar platforms).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content updates simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the financial services industry or other similar, highly regulated environment.

• Experience working with the following tools: JIRA, Morningstar Advisor Workstation

• Experience with AdTrax submissions

• Experience with vendor management

• Experience with market data / exchange data
