This position will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting our Business Intelligence (Qlik) environment supporting Finance reporting around our Asset management business. This would include managing data loading, data validation, performing analysis, building reports, and resolving questions for our business partners. Facilitates process improvements and adjustments to existing reporting models. Assist in project management. Helps team to resolve problems or issues through methods of trouble shooting, as well as separate analysis. Provides management with recommended actions to resolve issues and/or create value for the business. Key Responsibilities Work with team in Qlik products (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud), loading/updating data, validating procedures, developing user interfaces, and reviewing results. Coordinate with our Metrics around needed SQL database enhancements to support Qlik reporting. Build and review systematic data checks to ensure data integrity. Analyze data across multiple databases to ensure accuracy and alignment. Work with business partners to understand data attribution questions and recommend solutions. Applies advanced analytical skills to understand system limitations and optimize solutions. Ensure team creates and maintains necessary process documentation. Helps team to perform reporting and analysis to validate data, and answer business requests. Develop solutions for routine and more complex problems for the business unit. Identify and recommend changes to policies, procedures and business model with guidance from leader. Identifies appropriate technology solution, including data flow and architecture, to meet business needs. Coordinate and complete tasks for periodic vendor management review and assessment process. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science, MIS, Finance or related field. 7-10 years of relevant experience in data management for a global financial services / asset management firm Proficient in development of QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Qlik Cloud reporting and scripting. Proficient in writing SQL queries and manipulating data in databases. Experience in using Excel to analyze and manipulate data. Good analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling. Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
