Job Title: Senior Support Executive (SSE)
Location: Work from Home (Occasional travel to operational areas as required)
Department: Operations
Reports To: State Business Lead
Role Summary:
The Senior Support Executive will provide operational and analytical support to state-level business teams, ensuring effective tracking of field performance, data management, collections follow-up, and smooth coordination between field teams and Head Office. The role is critical for driving seamless operations and supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Performance Tracking
· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of field teams (Target vs Achievement, Collection follow-ups, Machine utilization, seasonal activities).
· Maintain and update dashboards and trackers, highlighting gaps and recommending corrective actions to state leadership.
2. State-Level Data Management
· Collect, validate, and consolidate sales and operational data from field teams.
· Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and summaries for state management and Head Office, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
3. Collections Follow-Up and Tracking
· Track pending payments and credit exposure.
· Coordinate with field staff and operators for timely collections.
· Publish regular collection status reports and flag high-risk or overdue accounts to concerned managers.
4. Coordination Between Field Teams and Head Office
· Act as a central coordination point between field teams and HO functions.
· Circulate guidelines, schemes, and communication from HO to field teams and ensure compliance within timelines.
5. Implementation of New Field Instructions
· Support implementation of new policies, schemes, and digital tools in the field.
· Conduct training and hand-holding for field staff on new initiatives.
· Capture feedback from field teams and share structured inputs with HO for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Graduate in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
· Experience: 3–5 years in operations support, MIS reporting, or agri-business coordination roles.
· Skills:
o Strong analytical and data management skills.
o Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools.
o Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Work Mode:
· Remote: Work from home occasional travel to operational areas based on business requirements.
