About the University

Our client is a leading European university with over a century of academic excellence, offering a wide portfolio of Bachelor’s, Master’s, Postgraduate, Doctoral, and specialized programs. Taught in English, these programs span Engineering, ICT & Computer Science, Architecture & Construction, Business & Management, Animation, Digital Arts, and Health Engineering.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an ambitious, target-oriented Senior Recruitment Adviser to support our client’s student recruitment and engagement strategy in India. The role will focus on promoting the university, engaging with students and stakeholders, and helping to significantly grow student interest from India.

This position will involve working closely with Abki Solutions and the University’s international office, supporting outreach, marketing, and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

·       Represent the university at education fairs, school/university visits, webinars, and other outreach events (online & offline).

·       Engage with prospective students, parents, counselors, and institutional partners, providing accurate advice on programs, admissions, and visa processes.

·       Support recruitment and conversion activities to achieve student enrollment targets.

·       Build and maintain relationships with Indian high schools, universities, alumni, government stakeholders, and education networks.

·       Support promotional campaigns, events, and social media activities to enhance visibility in India.

·       Maintain accurate data (CRM, student leads, post-event reports) and share regular updates with the international team.

·       Gather market intelligence, track recruitment outcomes, and contribute to strategic planning.

·       Coordinate logistics for events, school visits, and student-facing activities within budget.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

✔ Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, higher education, or educational consulting.

✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

✔ Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working across time zones.

✔ Willingness to travel across India; flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events.

Preferred

·       Background in international higher education recruitment.

·       Knowledge of Indian education systems and international study trends.

·       Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
