Role Overview: This is a sales-focused role responsible for recruiting students from India for a European University through direct enrollment from education fairs, school and university visits, social media leads and limited use of agents. The role involves achieving student recruitment targets, building relationships, and promoting the university effectively. Key Responsibilities: Recruit students by attending education fairs, international school visits, and other outreach activities. Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, IB institutions, agents, and relevant organizations such as international office of Indian Universities, Consulates and Embassies and Study Abroad agencies. Promote the university through social media and other marketing initiatives. Track and report student recruitment progress and market insights to the international team. Use CRM and other tools to manage generated leads and optimize student enrollment conversions. Support admissions teams with application decisions and processes. Stay updated on education and visa trends; share best practices. Represent the university at online meetings, webinars, conferences, and external events. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree (or equivalent). Proven experience in sales or student recruitment with target-based achievements. Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with high school management, Indian universities and counselors. Results-driven, organized, and flexible to work evenings/weekends when needed. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred: Experience in educational sales or higher education recruitment. Ability to develop growth strategies and implement successful campaigns. MS Office, ChatGPT and use of online tools such as Zoom, Teams for webinars and online meetings.
